I consider it a great privilege to sit with people as they explore who they are, their aspirations, values, identities, and fears. I believe that by having a greater understanding of how these aspects show up in one's life, it can foster a journey towards emotional clarity and freedom. Above all else, I am passionate about creating a safe and healing space in collaboration with my patients.

My areas of clinical focus are in:
Healing from family-of-origin or childhood traumas
Parenting and family conflict
Life transitions
Relationship concerns
Self esteem
Body image
Depression
Anxiety
I work with adults in individual, relationally-oriented, psychodynamic psychotherapy.
-
I provide psychotherapy online through a secure teletherapy platform. I also see a limited number of clients for in person sessions.

I am originally from the suburbs of Chicago. I lived in San Francisco, CA for many years but moved back to the Chicago area in 2019.
When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter and our two dogs. You can also find me baking, needlepointing and biking in the warmer months. Something I do every day that grounds me is to walk with my dogs.
